At every yoga class you’ll attend, the instructor will ask you to imagine that you are on a beach, listening to the waves and breathing the fresh air. At the Gazebbo you already have all these elements so there’s no need to imagine, you just need to connect the mind to the existing surroundings.
I been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I am certified to teach “visana yoga” and am an expert on rehabilitational and therapeutic yoga. A very important thing to know is that everyone, at all ages and levels, can participate in my yoga classes because yoga is for everyone! Each participant practices yoga according to his or her ability and understanding.
There are five things that yoga has taught me and that I want to pass on to my students:
Respect your body, let go of things that no longer serve you, breathe, be present, and know that you are capable of achieving much more than you think.
Overall, yoga has made me and my students better people, more loving and patient.
